Can a landlord enter my apartment after I have been served eviction papers and waiting for a court hearing.

Not unless there is some emergency, no. If you are disputing the eviction, the property is still yours unless and until the judge says otherwise. Many leases also allow the landlord to make a physical inspection periodically, or to enter for maintenance, bug spraying, etc. In those cases, advance notice of at least 24 hours is usually required, so that the tenant can make arrangements.
