attorney malpractice

if the case is filed with Attorney Grievance Commission and they have dragged it on without specific action for more than two years is the statute of limitations rule applicable?

The filing of a grievance before the AGC does not toll the 3 year statute of limitations. The statute governs the time you have to file a lawsuit against the attorney you are accusing of malpractice. The time starts to run from when the malpractice was committed, or when you discovered or should have found out about it, if later.
