Legal Question
I work at a gas station and we were told we have to pay for gas drive offs, but our boss refuses to require prepay. Is this even legal?

It is not illegal if you agree to do it. Don't. The economy is bad. but, it is not so bad that you shoudl pay for theivery. If you make a police report about a specific customer leaving without paying, then it seems less likley that your employer will look to you for recompense.
