Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

A long piece of wood fell off a shelf at a Lowes store and broke my toe. The store manager told me they would pay for my medical expences. I went to the emergency room at the hospital because the manager at the store told me they would pay for my medical bills. This was last week and I have not heard anything from them, what should I do?

The store is responsible for payment of your medical damages, lost wages, pain and suffering, etc. if your injury was caused by a dangerous condition there. This sounds like the case. If the store will not voluntarily pay you, you can either hire an attorney or file a case on your own. Most attorneys, such as myself, work on these cases on a contingency fee basis meaning that we only get paid when we secure a recovery for you. I am in your area and would be happy to help you. Feel free to give me a call for a free initial consultation.
