spousel support

divorce final 12/31/2002. husband to pay spousal support $420.00 a month for 7years. last payment made 3/20/2008. when contacted ex said he was not going to pay any more. he still has to pay per the decree of divorce. how do I go about this ?

The correct course would be to file a Motion with the Court seeking a contempt order.

A motion needs to be filed to collect the alimony due and to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of the court for not paying alimony.
