Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
If a person is not able to return to work due to disability but if the disability will not be long term, can she collect unemployment, if he or she is out of work as the employer is not able to hold the job no more than 6 months. Employer is saying this will be voluntary resignation from our end. Please advice!!!

Unemployment benefits are only payable if you are willing and able to work.
