Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I'm working for this company since May 09. I'm Salary so no over time pay. I have being working 12 hours a day for seven days a week since the start day. i had a total of tree days off between. Working all those hours have made me very tired, I start at 12 midnite and work allway thru 12 or 1:00 noon. I have fall sleep twice while driving home and lost both my cars. I'm on temp. disability ith no check recived yet. I cant get another car do to my credit report. I fell because of this job i lost everthing and still loosing. Is anything i can do ? Any answers will be very helpfull,

If you fell asleep while going to a worksite or running some errand as a part of your employment

you would have a worker's compensation claim.
