fall on sidwalk
i was walking and tripped over an uneven sidewalk in
front of a store on a main street. i was taken by
ambulance to the hospital and required 40 stitches to
my face. nothing was broken. i have insurance. a
police report was filed. is this a small claims court
case. please advise if this is a case at all. th
