Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Driving while suspended

Hey, I received a ticket for driving while suspended, which is my second offense, the first one was in 2005, does this mean, I will face additional suspension time? Ps. the officer wrote the wrong location on the ticket in was never in that area, i hadn't noticed he wrote that on the ticket till i got home, is that grounds for throwing the ticket out.

Re: Driving while suspended

You are also facing jail time. I doubt an error on a ticket will do much for you. Most errors on the ticket can be fixed. I suggest you get an attorney to help keep yourself out of jail.
