child support
my daughters mother pulled her out of school at the age of 16 to make her work and now 2 months before she turns 18 her made her go back to school so she can cotinue to collect child support.can she legally have me pay until she turns21?

Under these circumstances, I would file a motion to terminate the support when the child turns 18.
