Hi I have a question about a house my daughter bought I co-signed the mortgage . the payments are now over due .How can I get my name off loan ? at the time of signing I was told I would not be responsible for loan

How can you not be responsible if you co-signed? I suggest to read the loan documents closely, then talk with someone from the financial institution that gave the loan, and finally with an attorney if you still don't understand your situation.

The only way to get off the loan would be for your daughter to refinance which does not sound possible. I agree with the prior post that you need to discuss this situation with an attorney as soon as possible. If this house goes into foreclosure you could very well be responsible for any deficiency.
