Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

If I signed a Deed to a house in good faith that the other party would pay, but they don't and file the deed. I have a promissory note saying the party would pay. What rights do I have.

I would say that you are the titled owner of the house in the way that it is shown on the deed. You should be able to enforce the promissory note in court.
