Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

My sister was told to leave the office because she did not remember something her manager told her to see if she has Alzheimer's (Manager knows mom has) She cannot return until seeing a doctor. Is this legal?

if I understand you correctly your mother has Alzheimer and your sister was told at her work to see if she has alzheimers. This may be an instance of a vilolation of the ADA as a perceived disability. More facts would be necessary but i would advise your sister consult with an attorney. If she wanted to schedule an appointment with me you can tell her to call.
