Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Contiued compenstation and contiued medical coverage

I was involved in a car accident on April 2. 2006 in my employers automobile while working with all my xray equipment, whereby I avoided a stopped car in the right lane in a 45 mph speed limit. I turned sharply right into a soft shoulder missing the other car, however i did hit a utility pole which I did not see at the time head on, totalling my vehicle.

I got out of the car with the other drivers help until the paramedics arrived. At the emergency room I was diagnosed with multiple sternum Fxs 2 ribs broken and Bronchitis.

I am uncertain If I will ever be able to perform my normal work procedures.I suffer from asthma and since the accident i am contiuily on an inhaller or a nebulier. My concern is that I must continue my medical health insurarance co payments as she unfortnutly suffers a terminal illness. I Think I may need some legal advise.

Sincercerly yours,

Re: Contiued compenstation and contiued medical coverage

Clearly you have a signficant case. I would suggest that you contact us as I believe we can be of assistance. Under WC law, there is no fee for our services unless there is a recovery. Even then, at least half of any fee is paid by the insurance company and often the Court will require them to pay all fees.

There are three aspects to deal with - medical, temporary payments and permanancy. We can help assure that you receive what you are entitled to.

Please call us for a consultation.

We can be reached at 1-800-34-NJ-LAW
