Obligations of doctor

Can a doctor refuse to treat a patient due to the fact that the case is work comp related?

A doctor has no obligation to treat anyone. You probably do not want this guy traeting you if he is predisposed against workers compensation claimants. Call my office and we can discuss your treatment options.
