IS there a law to where a man when paying child surport has to pay his ex-wife any type child surport for another child liveing in her house that is not his child,the child does not carry his last name,child

belongs to another man.

No such law exists in Tennessee, but in the case of each parent, one of the factors considered in setting child support is how many other children the parent has a legal obligation to support.
