Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

mail fraud?

If my ex husband recieves my mail and opens it without my prior knowledge or consent - then gives out the details of all of it to my family members (even makes copies) is that something that I can act on legally?

Yes, contact the station manager of your local post office and contact your area postal inspector.
