Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

Reply to Defendant's Answer?

After I file a complaint in federal court, and the defendant files his answer, am I required to file a reply to his answer - and if so, within how many days - or do I wait for the next order from the court?

Right now you cannot file a reply because its not a motion, it is a complaint. The best thing for you is get this: If you cannot afford a lawyer, get a lawyer who will consult with you each step of the way to tell you what to do as you go along. That means all you do is pay for consultation each time. Good luck.
