interception of email/spyware

Is there a statute of limitations on violating the law regarding intercepting email or placing spyware on a computer? This happened to me and I would like to know what my recourse is.

The various civil and criminal laws will have different limitation periods. You should consult with an attorney unless you already know about how to deal with this type of situation. This is a very specialized area of the law.
