my husband was ran over by a forklift at work and have injuries. can he sue

It depends. If the forklift driver worked for a different company, your husband can "sue" (make a claim). If the forklift driver worked for the same company as your husband, and there is no workers' comp, again, your husband can sue.

Maybe. That depends on a lot of things, such as: Who was operating the forklift? Does his employer have worker's comp? Was there something wrong with the forklift (defective?) that caused this to happen?

Need a lot more information in order to properly advise your husband of his rights and options.
