Legal Question in Personal Injury in United Kingdom

I recently attended a conference and had to park the car in the car park as it was in accordance with the conference joining instructions. I asked the security guard the best place to put the car and he told me to park it near the entrance and also assured me that it would be safe there.

However, at the car park there was a little board that said St Arnolds House accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to visitors property, or injury to visitors, howsoever caused.

When I went back to the car I found that it had been badly damaged and rushed back to the reception to talk to the manager. To make it all worst I slipped on some spilt coffee and banged my knee quite hard on the tiled floor. I spoke to the facilities manager and he pointed to a board that said NOTIC ENO PARKING HERE. ACCESS TO BE KEPT CLEAR AT ALL TIMES.NO LIABILITY ACCEPTED WHATSOEVER.

When I got home my knee was swollen from the bang ad cant work because of it so I had to get a week off my job as my doctor signed me off.

Please help me out as I have no idea what to do. If there are any professionals in this matter please help me solve this.

Thank you.
