Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
A superior stated in a disciplinary meeting that ALL of the members of my 6 member staff have come to her with the same complaint. Am I permitted to collect signatures from my supporting staff stating that they did not make any such complaint? It was "strongly recommended" by Human Resources that I not collect the signatures but he said he wasn't sure about the employee law
