Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

WA State- (Probate notice was published in the newspaper and individual notices mailed to each creditor)

What is the best thing to do if you keep receiving bills after the 4 month period for creditors to file a claim has passed.

Call them, ignore them or send another notice?

Thank you

If the notice was properly published, then after the notice period has run, you can ignore the claims that were not filed prior to the end of the notice period (120 days from the first publication in an appropriate legal newspaper).
