There is a possibility of no time in prison for 30 class H felonies; just as there is a possibility of several decades in prison. Your particular sentence will likely be somewhere between these two extremes, depending upon the skill of your lawyer, the mood of the sentencing judge, the facts of the case, and the aggressiveness of the prosecution. You therefore need to immediately consult with an experienced criminal lawyer and obtain his or her forecast of a likely sentence after studying all relevant facts which may influence the Judge when he (or she) makes the final decision at your sentencing. There are many things that you and your lawyer can do to influence the outcome in either or good direction or a bad one. My answer here does not make me your lawyer, so you need to consult one of your own before acting upon this.
