Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

Type Your Question Here... in the early 90's in Sheboygan Wisconsin I was arrested for disorderly conduct with domestic I was wondering if I can own a handgun and get a carry and conceal permit!?

Unfortunately, the answer is no, assuming that you were convicted on what appears on its face to be a domestic violence offense. That leads to a lifetime firearms bar, both state and federal, which trumps the WI concealed carry law. However, without reviewing your entire casefile, I could only guess as what you were convicted of, if anything, or what might possibly be done about it at this late date.
