Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
What does ths mean ? This proposal will expire 90 days from date accepted unless extended in writing by the company. Thanks, Moe

Contracts are controlled by the process of offer, acceptance and "consideration" (i.e. what each side gets for performing). But a contract offer does not have to last forever - in fact an offer can set a time period for the contract to be accepted - could be one hour - or with exceptions, like a "raincheck" (the firm offer rule) a contract offer can be revoked at any time prior to acceptance. So, what the 90 day time limit is saying is that you must accept the offer (if you do) within 90 days or the offer will no longer exist, and if the contract offer no longer exists then you cannot accept it.
