Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Medical problem and loss of driver's license for points

I will have four points against my driver's license at my next court hearing. The points were gotten when I was extremely sleepy by working two jobs. Is there a legal way to keep my license now that I have only one job and have no problem driving?

Generally, it is not cost effective to hire an attorney to represent an individual charged with an infraction. The exception to this rule is where a negligent driver suspension will be triggered as is the case here. You really need to hire an attorney to represent you in this matter so s/he can either get the matter dismissed or mitigate the penalty so you can retain your driver's license.
