Legal Question in Immigration Law in District of Columbia

Re: permanent green card again

Mr. Michael Cho, Attorney at Law you said:

''You may apply for an immediate waiver of the joint-filing requirement and request the removal of the condition on your permanent residence as soon as your divorce is finalized''

how does it work in reality? basically file on my own? before i even remarry? plus what are the chances doing it either together or divorced? thanks.

Your chances depend on the facts of your case.

I would recommend consulting with an immigration attorney before proceeding with any further steps.
