Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I have a female roommate that I foolishly allowed to move in on October 31, 2016 "to crash on my couch for three days". It is no 6/10/2018. She is still here and shows only a few signs she intends to leave. She drinks CONSTANTLY, wakes me up at all hours to ask for beer that does not exist (and cannot be purchased due to closing time of 11:30PM in Brookhaven GA), does not have a job, recently (10 weeks ago) broke her ankle in a drunk fog so cannot reasonably get a job.

I am male. We had a relationship from 2009 to 2011, ending in mutual domestic violence charges. I pled to Disorderly Conduct. She falsely accused me of Domestic Violence again on December 1, 2017. That charge was nolo prossed and has been dropped outright. I believe I can stop any future charges because I now wear a police-type body cam and download the video to my computer often. This information is merely background.

The point is: I want her out. I gave her the 60 day notice to quit yesterday. What are my next eviction steps? This is in Brookhaven (a suburb of Atlanta), GA.

File for dispossessory in Magistrate Court as soon as demand for possession is ripe

Go to Superior Court to file for a TRO ASAP and in your petition demand exclusive use of home

Good luck
