Does an independent administrator of an estate in Louisiana need approval from all heirs in order to sell real estate property of the estate or can he/she sign all purchase agreements, deeds, and documents necessary for sale without approval of heirs and the court?

I misread your question. An Independent Administrator does not need approval of heirs or the court to sell assets of a decedent's estate.
