Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husband and I lived in NJ, as soon as we split up I moved to Florida and he started the divorce. It's an uncontested divorce, so he sent me the paperwork, I signed it, got it notarized and sent it back. I haven't heard anything since (its only been a week), but I just decided that I want my maiden name back. Is there any way I can do this from Florida? How do I go about getting it put in the divorce decree if I've already signed it.
