Ex-wife driving ex-husband insane about money

I am a third party writing today,please help! My husband's ex-wife constantly calls only if she wants money.She will not let her son(my husband's son) come over to visit.But, when she needs money she calls ASAP.My question is IF MY HUSBAND DECIDES TO TERMINATE HIS PARENTAL RIGHTS,IS HE STILL OBLIGATED TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT? (WE HAVE TRIED TO BE REASONABLE, BUT HIS EX-WIFE LEAVES US NO CHOICE)HELP!!!!!!!!

The child support obligation and the right to visit with your child are two separate in independent concepts. If he "gives up" parental rights that will have no effect on the obligation to pay child support. However, why don't you file a motion to increase visitation. Absent extreme circumstances, the Court will encourage visitation. If she continues to deny visitation she could be held in contempt.
