Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

May 21, 2009 we were in an accident where we were towing a camper got beside a semi and his side draft took our trailer and flipped in. There were 5 of us no one injured so we thought. All were takin to hospital and released same night. Fast forward now almost 2 yrs later and I get served papers today being sued for $25,000.00. It says she has incurred 4000.00 in medical expenses but with have injuries for life that will require extended time off. She works every day as of now ? What are my options. I have photos of this girl partying dancing and whatever else you want over a year after accident. I was never even cited for failure to control? What are my options and where do I go from here??? Thanks so much for the help

If you were in an auto accident and have now been sued, you should immediately notify your insurance company and set up a claim.

At the same time you should request that you be provided a defense attorney. After you set up a claim by phone, you should send your insurance company notification by certified mail confirming that you have given them timely notification of the lawsuit.

If you do not have insurance or have any legal questions, you have the right to hire you own personal attorney who practices in your state.
