Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

I loan my car to a friend that was in a wreck. My insurance covered the vehicle but i am now named in a law suit by the other driver. What is my liability?

Your insurance and the other driver's attorney probably could not reach an agreement to settle the claim so a lawsuit was filed. As long as your friend was a valid driver, you should be alright.
