my daughter was hurt at her school, she fractured her ancle on both sides of the foot now she is in a wheelchair i have missed work and school to take care of her. is there anyway i can get help

There are certain situations where a school is liable for injuries to students that happen on school premises and/or as the result of fellow students or school staff. One of the main issues is whether the school is public or private. Different laws apply to private and public schools.
