if a person is left a lifetime estate and the daughter is the heir what rights does the lifetime estate person have?can she move in on him and stay there also?

A person who has a life estate in property has more rights to the property than the eventual heir. A person who has a life estate has a current interest in the home and is free to use the home for the duration of their life. You could move into the house and force the heir to leave.
