Living trust for non married couple
My boyfriend and I have property in CA and TN we would like to secure each other if pre mature death happened and at the 2nd death to transfer to the kids.can we do so.
Can my boyfriend quite claim his share on a property

We recommend forming a family trust under both of your names. THe property is transferred into the trust and then the rules that you outline in the trust govern how the property is to be distributed.
