Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas

Please Help!

I need advice on extenting the limitatins and also finding a lawyer who takes on malpractice which led to death.

I really need some help i have obtained all medical records and files also alot of supporting m claim things. is there someone who can help?????

I agree with Mr. Wagner's recommendations. YOU SHOULD SPEAK WITH A MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY!

Generally, a claimant has two years to initiate a medical malpractice action. However, there are often issues regarding the date that the clock should begin running. You can also extend the staute of limitations by 90 days by filing a petition with the appropriate court and by paying a small filing fee.

medical malpractice is an incredibly difficult area of the law. A court has called it a malpractice trap. It is imposible to give you any maeningful advice about the statute of limitations without knowing a lot more facts.

Feel free to give me a call. Generally you have 2 years from the death, but med mal statutes of limitations are terribly difficult to calculatu need to speak directly with a lawyer.
