Legal Question in Family Law in United States Minor Outlying Islands

military

im am a step-dad and i am in the

military my wife is tryin to get her

daughter back from oregon they are

goin to do a home study in

washington and the social worker in

oregon is sayin now its goin be hard

gettin her back now because im gettin

deployed i dont see why they sayin

that they cant use my military

business to deny her full cusody of her

kid.
