standard visitation question
I am under a standard visitation order that gives my ex-husband 1st and 3rd weekends for his visitaion. There are times that a weekend will fall with Friday being the last day of the month and the first and second being Sat. and Sun. Is this considered the first weekend of the month?
My ex-husband is under the impression that Friday,
Saturday and Sunday all have to fall in the same month for it to be considered a weekend, I disagree and I feel that if the first day of the month is on Saturday it constitutes the first weekend.

Normal visitation would be "every other weekend", not first and third. If you and your ex can't reach an agreement on this, then your only recourse would be to file a motion to modify the divorce decree to clarify this.
