Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Lawsuit against my Daughters mother and Grandfather

My Daughters (3years old) mother told me she was going to visit her new husband in WA but it turns out she moved to WA completely without letting the AZ courts know and now lives in WA with her new husband and my daughter. I have no way at all to contact my Daughter I dont even have an address or phone number. My daughter and her mother lived in AZ with my daugters Granfather. They flew to WA while her Father drove up everything they owned to WA. I want to sue them for messing with my daughters head and my head. The last contact was Oct 28th. Can we sue them on a contingency basis for the grandfatehrs homeowners insurance and his auto insurance for taking my daughter without my permission. She also says she is changing my daughters name to the last name of the new husband. He is in the Army.

Re: Lawsuit against my Daughters mother and Grandfather

No, I don't believe you have any claims against the grandfather. However, you have the right to file a petition with the Arizona court demanding the return of your daughter. All depends on your custody rights and your specific situation. If you would like to set an appointment to discuss, please email me.
