Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Stunned by Tucson Police in my own Apt...

in 2001 I was returing to my Apt on 4th Ave Tucson from a trip to NY. When arriving the apt was cluttered and there were stones and feathers all over the apt. I was exausted and layed down. I awoke in the hospital. I had been stunned in the chest and my hand was all cut up. I was told I was under arrest in the hospital and I couldnt leave. Several days later a ospital admin came to see me, got my things and I was put on a plane to FL to see my sister. When my Dad called the police to find out what happened tey said they never arrived on the scene. It is a lie because the police broke into the apt and the fire dept was there. I really couldnt remember particular until this morning when i woke up. 6 years later. I assume they thought I had broke in or something.Te landlord tried to sue me for damages but couldnt get a police report to use against me. I am currently trying to find info from an x-girlfriend who brought me stuff at the hospital and tere are collect phone calls to my dad from the hospital. But no reason about arrest or about why i was there. Wiped clean. But the hospital must ave some info. I was stunned and had a near death experience. Only now are pieces comiong together. Can you help me sue them and get some answers

Unfortunately, the statute of limitations for filing a law suit has long since run. You only have a two year statute of limitations to file suit for personal injury claims. Because your injury happened in 2001, you are well beyond the statute of limitations.
