Signed Offer Sheets and Vacation

I am a sales rep working/living in CA., for a New Jersey Co. My signed Offer Sheet contains ''2 weeks vacation'', and ''Co. pays auto expenses, incl. repairs...''. I've since found that Co. is ''use it, lose it'' re: vacation, so I lost 1st yr's 2 weeks. Now, after incurring $1400 auto repairs, Co. claims they no longer pay repairs. They ''sent out an e-mail'', but I never received it.

Any legal recourse?

Both of those policies are illegal -- and you have recourse in the courts for up to four years going backwards from today, plus interest -- feel free to respond by email or call 415) 522) 5200. good luck.

Recourse? Of course. You have to prove those terms, of course. If you think you can, file with the Labor Commissioner for unpaid compensation.
