Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Labeled Lady of the Night Branch Managers

Since I reported my female Manager, for refusing to issing safety equipment and was ultimatley injured. I was retailiated by having a false police report of me solicitaing out of my car! It didn't work!

I changed offices after strangers, co-workers would touch me inappropiately. I'd ask them to stop they refused, as if No meant Yes! The second office, it continued. I was asked to give rides to men although I signed a form refusing to do so. I asked a male co-worker three times to stop touching my leg. In this particular case, I rode with him as he claimed to not know a particular area. He refused to take the freeway. Instead took the sceanic route to appear we were doing something that we weren't.

I reported a permanent worker, who called me a whore in spanish. The Mgr. wouldn't respond.

Arriving at a job site early one day. I overheard a male co-worker tell two other males, I'd offered him free sex and if he liked it, I'd charge him! I immediately reported it to the Mgr. I was asked to change offices as the co-worker said he didn't say those things and of course I was the liar. I've been called a ''whore'' in spanish, given back breaking jobs, low pay, refused pre-vailing wage jobs and asked to leave. Nothing to the males!

Sexual harassment is dealt with by taking legal action if the company won't protect you. If you have any evidence and proof of these things happening, and of your complaints to the company being ignored, then you may be able to bring successful legal action. Contact me if interested in doing so.
