ssi eligibility --inheritance

receiving ssi, inherited 2O,000. How to remain eligible for ssi and retain greatest use of inheritance.

You could petition the Court to create a special needs trust or open a pooled trust account to accomplish this. I would recommend that you contact an Elder Law attorney to assist you with this.
