can i get fired because i pregnant i'm a waitess and my boss said she can work me on the floor because i'm pregnant she said it there insurent company that wont let them

If you can no longer perform your job, they can lay you off. I don't think that pregnancy is a disability under the ADA where they must offer some accomodation, but you might ask. Bummer. See if the employer can have you do anything else that might be available.
