free trial

do i have a case,the company that gave me the trail, 14days and took the money out of account before the 14days was up.

Do you mean trial? That would depend on your agreement with them. Regardless, if the trial is over and you have declined the offer according to its' terms, you should be entitled to your money back, assuming that it is suipposed to be a free trial.
