Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

what to do about a marriage under false name

i was married in 2000 in the state of nevada. over the course of the last few years, it came to my attention that the man i married, had an assumed name (never legally changed) and used false id in that name. now i wish to marry a man from the UK. i have to prove i am available for marriage. i already filed for a legal name change to the name i thought i had married into (which when i married i had changed my SSN and other things), and also hold degrees in that name. but isnt there some type of paper to expunge that other fake marriage? what else do i need to do?

You can file for annulment based on fraud and expunge the name that way.
