Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
i,am fillling bankrupcy, but wont have the fees until february, i put a retainer down on the lawyer, and started the paper work. if a creditor files a suit on me to collect money owed what will happen until then

You have retained a lawyer; other lawyers therefore cannot talk with you about the matter in which you are represented. You need to speak with the lawyer you hired about anything related to the matter in which you are represented. This is such a matter. Call your lawyer.
