Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon
In oregon a parent can provide alcohol to their minor child in their home. Can a 21 yr old husband provide alcohol to his 20 yr old wife in the privacy of their own home? Coming up on 2nd anniversarry, don't want to do anything illegal.

Yes. However, neither of you should drive after consuming any alcoholic beverages.
